Developed to facilitate the easy management of user accounts of  students in a training environment. You can quickly and easily create the new user accounts without the hassle of checking spelling.

Names can be created sequentially using a common prefix i.e. student and followed by numbers i.e. 01, 02 etc up to whatever number you desire. Alternatively, the names can be simply imported from a csv file with all the relevant information i.e. logon name, password etc entered.

ClassManager will generate the corresponding folders on a data server.  Students will have a folder on the server with security restricted to themselves and the tutor.  The students data can then be saved to the server in the knowledge that if the students computer fails they can move to another and login and access their data.

Once the training has been completed and all relevant data has been backed-up, it is a very simple process of deleting both the usernames and folders off the server.  This helps to keep a server free of obsolete usernames and data that is no longer required.
